Retarded plant?

So I have 2 plants that are a little more than 4 weeks old.
They are ALOT smaller than other plants that I have seen that are 4 weeks old but I'm not complaining, it's my first grow.

Well 1 of the plants looks real nice to me and the other 1 is as tall as the other, but the leaves are wider, but not as long.
At the 3rd nod of this plant 2 of the 3 blade leaves grew into each other. Like...literally grew to make 1 big leaf. Is that something "normal" or do I have a retarded plant? Lol

The temperature is fine and I know I dont over/under water them. But I didnt know why they would be like half the size of other plants this old.
They are both 6 in tall. Ill try to get pictures up as soon as possible.

Lol? Wtf?
They are all different, and all the same?
That makes no sense and doesnt help me answer my question.
Nice try though =]

You might wanna be checking your Ph. Slow growth and curled or abnormal leaves can be a Ph problem. ^6 ^ inches at 4 weeks sounds like something is amiss, but with out pics it is a guessing game. get some pics up so we can help you, better...

But if it's the Ph and both plants are getting the same thing how would 1 differ from the other? Ill get a Ph thing and try to get some pics up asap.

All plants are diffrent and all the same.
What he means is that all the plants follow the same rules and have the same basic structures. On that same point, they all have their own growth personalities and needs that you need to follow. Pretty deep stuff.

Well the plants are healthy but the bottom 2 leaves on the plant are kinda burnt because I didnt know what height to keep my light from the plants. But now I've regulated and know. Just wondered if it's bad for 2 leaves to grow into each other.
