res temp almost 80

my seeds are just barely starting to poke out of rockwool. i was careless for a couple days and when i checked my temp it was almost 80. i have some i have a very low dose of root 66 some thrive alive and sugar daddy in the res since my tapwater comes out at 30 ppm i raised it to about 150 ppm with the nutrients stated above. will the high temps make my water bad? ive managed to get the temp down to about 68 now with frozen water bottles. this is my first dwc attemp. would appreciate some help

im just starting DWC and i did an expairment on this with my system. https://www.rollitup.org/dwc-bubbleponics/411971-101-degrees-grow-room-68-a.html i don't know what kind of res or system you have but i seems like you could adapt this to almost any system. hope this helps.

you want to keep that temp. below 70. also, seedlings don't need nutes. you may end up burning them with a ppm of 150.

well my chart says to use this for seedlings or clones i know some peoples tap water comes out at 150 and they use it. im only using 1/4 recomended also its not really nutrients. some carbs and rooting hormone or something i think

i'd say it's a bit early for "any" nutes/supps. def. don't need a rooting hormone...

maybe ill just change my water out tomorow they look allright for now though. ive grown in soil with nutrients mixed in allready fox farms, and ive used and miracle grow actually my first couple grows, they were diluted with vermiculite and perlite but they definatly still had some nutes in them. those plants turned out fine though. i will probably just change my res water tomorow. i dont think its a rooting hormone just stimulater or something. the b-1 stuff is like superthrive

a lot of folks use low number ppm early on, i don't. i'm not saying it can't work out, they just don't really need it...
