repotting worried please help

i have recently repoted my plants wen soil was dam had few roots broken say 25 percent if had to guess will plant recover ? also repoted from coco into soilperlite as my plants had hardly any nitrogen im guessing wat was stopping groth also turning yellow there about a month old and 8 to 9 inches tall any advice would be amazing ?

Pics? What size pot did you have them in prior to transplant? What type of soil are they in now and what sized container?

They should live.......root pruning should be done with care but.......they will survive give them some b1 to slow shock and not much light for a few day's and don't fuck with them now as root's repair use micorrihaze when you do it ! good luck my friend! jack

TY for quick response everyone....as I said they're in Jiffy pots there quite small a lttle larger than a shot glass and the soil is Premier Pro Mix It cost $15 a bag I read it`s one of the best and available in Canada where I live. And they have only been in these pots since Mon pm. Originally I thought I had under watered from some of the videos I have seen.....distilled water only and have kept them in my solarium which gets majopr sun most of the day and at night I used a CFL light over top of the propagator and maintained the temp at about 25-27 C

Ty for getting back but they really don`t have much root yet....a couple had about a 1 cm tail when I potted them on Mon pm I watered twice since then and keep them in a propagator in my solarium which get lots good light most of the day

Good soil!! and just mist water in am wait to water for a fer day's not too much light now slow the grow and it will be easier to manage!!good luck my friend! jack
