Is this good to Repot the plant and Start in to flower right away? Or it's best to wait?

I meant, transplanting in the last pot (a bigger one) and switching to 12/12 right after... Or should I wait before switching light cycle? the time for the plant to make new roots etc... if yes, how long?

You should wait atleast 3 days after transplanting but preferabally longer like a week or two before entering the flowering phase, there will be a shock to the plant from transplanting, the shock is normal but the shock will stunt growth if the plant enters flowering while its still in shock from the transplant.

If i screw up & let a plant get too big or i need to slow growth of a plant to retain a uniform canopy height i will transplant a plant durring flowering, the shock is like a kick in the puss to the plant & slows growth down to even out the canopy height, this is why im positive transplanting then going directly into bud phase will cause stunted growth.
