There is a little star at the bottom left side of every post where you can click to +rep someone if you like what they post... It's for fun I guess...

rep stands for reputation. and you give it to those who provide good advice or answers

higher the rep more knowledgeable the person .... doesnt mean that anymore though as now people get rep for asking or for posting crap ... reps just rep now and pointless imo

I have a question about rep also, If a person doesn't have any points to give you, it shows up as gray, and you do not get any points. So when they do have enough points for rep, do you get those points?

Rep is for folks with tiny dicks.

It was originally designed to help less experienced people find more experienced people to help them. The higher the rep, the more knowledge that person should have. Doesn't mean that they are knowledgeable, but they have spent a lot of time answering questions lol.

The rep system here is just a nice little way of being able to say thank you.

I wouldn't use it as a way of rating peoples growing skills though, there's some members with huge amount of rep that I've never seen helping with grows.

Hang around in toke and talk and your little bars will accumulate quickly, people love giving rep for a smile.
