Renewal questions.. need help ASAP!

So long story short, my grow got raided a couple days back..
My medical card is expired because i havent gotten around to renewing it.
My courtdate is tomorrow, so renewing it before then would help...
Either way, i need to renew my card ASAP, but i have some questions..

When i first got my card, i went through the THCFoundation clinic.
I brought them my medical records, and i saw one of their doctors who ok'ed me.
From that point i simply turned in my forms with the state, and got my card.

However, now that im renewing my card, im not sure what all is required...
Can i simply turn in a renewal form at the state building?
Or do i need some kind of doctors thing to go along with it?
Since i went through the doctor at the THCF, do i need to see him again?
I dont have any very recent medical records to show my condition (pain)
because ever since i got my card, the MJ has been helping me get by...

If anybody can please give me some insight into exactly what is required,
and what i must do to renew my card, i would GREATLY appreciate it!

well if you were raided when you did not have a card that was up to date then you are kinda screwed and getting before the court date wont help much if you were growing with out a card, plus if they busted you for selling and not growing witch is what they try to get people with including my self, i was raided growing legaly so they left the plants but took me to jail on other charges. How did you not go to jail with out having a card? also if you get a class b or c charged then you cant grow for your self for 5 years after the end of probation, and if you get placed on probation then you cant even use your medical card cuz it is not alowed. i know it sucks, this has all hapend to me last year except i went to jail.

but to renew your card all you need is your ID. your growers ID and all his info, and money and proof of food stamps, or insurance, and if your medical records you used last time were up to date then they should be on file for 1-2 years more to use, i didnt take in any new paper work cuz my doc papers from last year are still good till 2012. yes you go the the thcf building, and yes you will see the same doc most likely and they ask the same things.
if your paper work is from before 2009 then you can use the same papers as you did last tiem to get the card.

Everytime someone lets their card expire while they are farming, makes it that much harder for the damn program to work for the rest of us.

You know some stuffed shirt is going to pull up stats on medical marijuana card violations at some public debate.

IMO, people should only get one shot at growing within the programs guidelines.

i didnt re new mine when it expired but i did not grow during that time either so i did nothing wrong, i am now legal again though.
