If I don't support Federal funds being used to teach teddy bears how to cuddle, does that mean I am against teddy bears? Or am I against using taxpayer funds for something that taxpayers don't support?

The police get sued for killing innocent people, and they have to pay millions of dollars out to settle these suits. ALL the money comes from Taxpayers. So that MUST MEAN (in Buckyworld of course) that all citizens support the accidental killing of innocent children, women, and babies? Get real Dude.

why not prohibit federal expenditures to any organization that promotes any sexuality, whether it be heterosexual or homosexual?

I don't defend Rand Paul. I don't care for him as a person. I do think he's smarter than alot of the candidates, but that's like saying he's a turd* that doesn't smell.

Also, gay people should have the same rights as anyone else, self determination. There should be no such thing as "gay rights", that implies they get rights others don't.

No person, gay or otherwise has the right to make others interact with them by threatening initiated force do they?
