Removing yourself from a dispensary

Hey guys, just a question on how to remove myself and my plant count from a shop here in the Springs.

I printed out a MMR1003 Chang of patient records. Is this what I need to fill out? Oh and MMR1012 Caregiver Agnowledgment.

I am heading there sometime today ....plus I just want to give them a peice of my mind.

Wednesday was my last straw when I went inthere and saw empty containers and nothing but shake... I have tried to give them the benifit of the doubt but all they say is just wait ...just wait....we'll be back up...

It may take that long to process the paperwork for a change in cg., I'd just ride it out and set up your plants and get em ready

The Treehouse, and they have been sucking for close to a yr now. IMO 2 of their best growers left... as I stated I went there wednesday and there was nothing but 3 jars half full of shake...cmon man..

I enjoy nice big nugs. ..some little nugs are always nice too. ie I have smoked some killer little nugs of super lemon haze on the oth err hand I love fat nugs of Hong Kong.
