Removing older buds.

Hey, My plants have been flowering for 2 months now but the bigger and newer buds are definatly not ready for harvest but alot of the older growth looks like its ready to be harvested. Is it going to do much damage to remove the branches containing this older, more mature growth?

do you have a scope to check the trichs? if so take the buds that are ready and leave the rest...you can harvest 2 times just DO NOT REMOVE MORE THAN 40% OF THE PLANT.
