How do you plan to grow? If you're stacking in plants around a light such as vertical, use a cool tube(without the little wing). If you're trying to spread your light's footprint out over a larger area, go with the wing. Obviously, the cool tube will require a fan and ducting to be effective, so added costs there as well, not to mention the glass needs to be kept clean. The glass itself will reduce the light's efficiency just a tiny as well.

I plan to grow with a horizontal method.I already have fan, ducting.I would go with the wing but I'm afraid of heat..I'm a little confused. Is there a huge difference from cooltube and a wing reflector ?

The cool tube looks to have a smaller "wing"reflector. In a 4'x4' (1.2m x 1.2m) tent, you shouldn't run into too much heat with a 600, so as long as you're exchanging air, you should be fine. The non-cool tube wing reflector is larger and should be more efficient at reflecting light back down to the plant canopy. If you already have your light and space, as well as ballast and bulb with a bare socket, try hanging it in the middle of your growing area and see what the temps look like. If it's too high, then go with the cool tube. If not, then go with a reflector and use your fan to circulate air through the tent.
