red spots on leaves

Everyone, Merry Xmas!

I am a bit stressed seeing the red spots on the leaves just before they are ready. I was also planning to regenerate them, or at least the one that is suffering more (bk that was a lot more vigorous than the other one) and depending on what the problem is might not be a great idea.

Overview: these are my first two plants, ever. It's a coco - perlite medium (60pct/40pct), under an LED. Small fan only during light hours. Temperatures vary btw 23 and 18 celsius. Humidity a bit high at around 65pct, but varies. Overall I think that the environment is well controlled and the plants have looked healthy up until now.

I water with tap-water (soft water in this part of the world). I wait for the chlorine to evaporate.
They've had canna A&B, and recently added molasses. Also PK13/14 at 2ml/l.
Flushing since one week: watering with only water. (No shower-flush).

I have no idea what could be causing the red spots, maybe fungi?
I've taken a photo of the white around the fabric (smart) pot. It could be mycorrhizae fungi, but being realistic I think that powdery mildew is a lot more likely. It could be salts as well. (once I cut I'll have a closer look at it and post my views on it).

I have a 60-120x microscope, and I don't see anything moving on the leaves. I don't think it is connected to the white on the pots. The red spots just look like dead leaf tissue. No pH meter either.

Any ideas what might it be? Just general weakness of the plant --as it's just days away from cut, or something more serious?

Hey for starters could you take pictures with white light or flash to see real colors and better identify your problem. The white residue is salts building up on the outer part of your smart pot. Never seen it give anyone a problem. If you are a week from harvest you should be ok. check your leaves to ensure it is not spidermites most times red spots along the margins of young blades Leaf margins dry up and roll up or down, and blades become distorted and ruffled.

Sorry to break you the good news, but your harvest will be fine!! B4 you cut put them in 36hours of dark and ice cold water. After that enjoy your smoke.

purpling out - meaning, nothing bad at all?

Both plants are WWxBB. Both have had purple stems, which I thought was genetics rather than deficiencies. (More so if they were exposed to the LED light than if not.)

The other one seems perfectly fine: its leaves are either yellowing (flowering) or perfectly green; and in this one, my favourite, that is 'suffering' the uneven 'purpling'. So nothing wrong, really?

Is it good practice to put them in dark 36h before cut? (first time I read it, thanks CanniHP :)

I thought about doing a two-stage culling. Any views on that?

36hours puts stress in the plant forcing it to make more oils and auromas to ensure their survival, cold water also does that. purpling is ok it is just a genetic trait. Dont forget to take a look for milky tricombs.
