Recovering from stunted growth

I believe due to my daytime-night temperature fluctuations in my indoor garden, I’ve stunted the growth of my two Magic Melons. I’m in the process of adjusting my ac unit to try and correct this but does anyone else know if it is to late? Can and will these plants recover? I’m on day 22 of veg. I’m hoping that I’ve caught this soon enough? Any input would be much appreciated! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

A stunted plant is most likely from overwatering

Both are in 10 gallon smart pots, feeding Fox Farm Grow Big splitting 1 gallon every other day or sometimes every two days depending on how dry the Fox Farm Happy frog soil is.
But in your experience have your plants recovered from stunted growth due to over watering?
