Grow op Mk2 is a 5ft x 5ft tent with a 1000 watt dimmable electronic ballast.

I plan on starting at 50% light until i fill up my unit pictured below

Im going to be starting with Dyna Gro series with a boost from silica blast (from a previous grow)

Atm i just bought my clones from a local dispensary 1 White widow 1 Master Kush.

I removed the dirt they had them in (considered breaking open the rockwoll/growcube but got scared of ripping roots off) and shoved them in a little 1gal storage container that i foil taped and coiled an aquarium bubbler line (4ft) in the bottom. Pics tomorrow

I'm thinking it should be here Thursday
I should have my lights by saturday (crosses fingers)
So if everything arrives on time i will put all the pieces together. Saturday or Sunday you should see some green

Ps my Plants are doing great in there little cloner even though i haven't actually fed the little guys. just some water superthrive (and a little bit of leftover dirt that i allowed to drop in there)

Given the size and some of the reviews about light penetration

I like the aero grower.. did you build it? if so are those gutters? Do you run 4 pumps per gutter? How ofter do you plan to change your res..? Thanks!

no i didnt build it myself. I bought it from a local guy who builds them for a living(came with timer air pump and water pump)

This video shows how to make a fogger box for it. But it shows a very clear way on how to make your own longer version. I only use 1 pump that sits in the middle of the res. and is split twice that pumps the water up one side to have it drain down the other

That will probably expand to two. due to my buying 2 strains and being told not to run them like there the same

Each lightpost is around 4ft long and it has an air injection line that runs all the way down the length of each bar (im considering expanding that to two lines if it becomes needed)

And i plan to change the res either weekly or monthly depending on how the plants respond to my not so expert care

I Bought the plants 2 weeks ago thinking i was going to be planting in soil instead i built a little bubble box the plants originally came in (rock wool and some coco cube thing)

Just fed them the new nutrients today and put all my pieces together. Gonna watch them boom from now on.

Just got everything completed in the room with the ventilation system and some kinks worked out with the houses vent system.the plants are looking beautiful with growing double there size in the last 4 days. Pics soon

Might have worked out a deal for a large amount of free clones. if so i might fill the whole setup very soon. Hopefully they will be similar clones

Been reviewing alot of the fogponics systems and i think i would like to get a 10 disc fogger and make a box over the top of my setup to fog the whole thing

Alright So I completed my ducting with an inline fan. i didnt read until after i put it up that i should have had the fan on the other side blowing into the cool tube but it still keeps it cool to the touch (will probably add another inline on the entry point with a carbon scrubber when smell becomes an issue)

Just changed out the res noticed a little burn on the leaves im hoping the soup change will help

Today i re arranged the room Not pictured(because i forgot) is the new fan i got today and strung up.
I was given some seeds i had some grow cubes that i stuck them in and put in a humidity dome.. we shall see if any of them grow

The plants are doing great with fairly steady amounts of growth. They drank almost a gallon of water in 3 days. I rinsed and Ph'd my Hydroton. I ordered blunt needle syringe 10ML so that i could Very accurately measure my Ph up Ph down and nutrients (probably one for the protekt?? one for all the rest??) I also got some 5gallon buckets to do my mixing in. Whats everyone else use? Next up i need to get 4 5gallon containers

Also noted is the temperatures reaching too hot and the humidity far to low. I have a humidifier in the room + a small A/c unit which I am hoping to reduce those temps. Currently the Light is dimmed to 600w out of the 1000w bulb but with very little plants i see very little point in alot of light.

im trying to keep an
Optimal Temperature: Between 70 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit (21 - 29 degrees Celsius). (anything over 78 requires Co2 augmentation)
Optimal Humidity: 60 - 70% rH for vegetative growth.
40 - 60% rH during flowering (lower rH helps to reduce the risk of fungal contamination on your already moist dank buds).
80 - 90% rH for rooting clones and cuttings (high humidity is a must as these new plants may not have roots to draw moisture through).

Ps the little guy in the bottom left is a roomies. I't wasn't doing so great in his room so we moved him. i fed him a little, i hope he does better. I might transplant him into the big setup if i start it up soon

Even those homemade co2 setups help man. They pit off around 300 ppm. Add and change them out every week or so. You won't regret it.

Today was a Big day First i made 15 Gallons of nutrient (hopefully it doesnt go bad).I transplanted the two clones into the main unit, Got stuck trying to figure out how to push the decently large root masses though the netted cups i had to cut holes in the bottom of my netted cups to push the roots through, the cups stayed pretty much intact, i also took the seedling out of the dirt it was growing in and placed it in the unit as well

I'm hoping to be able to raise the water level a little otherwise everything looks set.

made a minor modification to add a second air line down each of the tubes, i felt it needed more bubbles.

Ps im having a powdery mold issue im hoping to read it with the milk recipe and if that doesn't solve the problem look into paid for pesticides.

Also Noted are the too high temperatures if the room door gets closed the temperatures get way to hot and thats causing the powdery mold. Considering an exhaust into the attic for my lights.

Hopefully no root issues will develop But i ordered 35% H202 foodgrade should arrive no later than friday to treat the plants regularly with.

The powdery mildew isnt any worse and seems mostly confined to the unused portions of my setup tomorrow i will start my milk treatment

Whenever the H202 Arrives (been waiting 4 shipping days) ill immediately start dosing my res and run it in my cloner

You mentioned that you'd be feeding in line with my grow journal. Can I ask what and how much you're using as the recommended doses are usually too strong.

My first attempt at mixing a batch got me a 1280ppm which was mixing according to the bottle instructions. I diluted with 50% ph'd water to get a 600ish ppm (this was with just an airstone in a 1gallon container) when it got halfway empty id refill with just water and change weekly.

for my most recent res change i did 10ml of pro-tekt, 20ml of grow (for a 5 gallon bucket) 5ml of magpro(will probably skip this res change). The tds came to 612ppm so I didn't dilute

when i got it all mixed together few things i noticed. after 3 batches of 5 gallons

1. Once forgot to PH after the pro-tekt and the ph came to 5.6 after adding everything (straight from 5gallon water dispenser((Ph5.0)))) (ph stability on this is INSANE)
2. Once i messed up the order but if you mix well i didnt have an issue
3. If you let pro-tekt and grow mix the pro-tekt solidify (clogged a blunt syringe)(i was warned but was watching to much tv)

For my cloner bucket i did 3ml of bloom 2ml of super thrive (since my H202 got stolen) it came to 132 ppm. As i roughly guessed there being 3 gallons of water in the bucket.

My plants are so green i kind worry about feeding them more i wonder if i could ever even get to 1435 ppm without burning my plants:-P

the res change when it happens will be to clean out the tank im fairly certain bacteria is growing in my res (due to high temps) but i have no good h202 yet.. I wont increase the ppm in the res until i see any kind of yellowing. Based on HB's ideology of less is more. Plus id like to fill the unit up instead of having two fatty plants (gonna get a screen and ScrOG after i come back from a trip)

Vaca for some amount of time tomorrow *crosses fingers* that the clones don't die while i'm gone. Broke a stem from the master kush on accident rather than taping it up i decided to clone it its much bigger than the previous clones
