Recipe for success.

A thought that hit me last night was there is so much anecdotal evidence out there that it can be overwhelming to a completely new grower. How about some of you seasoned vets type up a 'recipe' for new growers in different media? Just for fun let's go with 'a buddy gave me a couple of seeds out of his stash and I wanted to give it a run'. Try writing it up like recipe you can find online. It might simplify things for us NOOBS. Plus it might be fun to see the differing opinions.

why dont you just take the time and do some research on basic growing, and stick to it, if you can be bothered, all the info you need is in the stickies

Hoss I've put probably thousands of hours into reading posts about how to do the best grow. I thought it might be 'fun' to see what you experienced folks would post. It's Sunday and I'm a bit bored. Plants are growing and my dough is rising right now. This is just a more tongue in cheek and for fun post than anything else BUT if it helps someone just starting out what's the harm? Even a vet grower, which I'm not, might see a technique they want to try.

Oh trust me I will. I've got files on top of files on top of files I've read. I'm currently making my own organic nutes based on something I found on another site and, based on the instructions, my compost bag doesn't smell like raw sewage anymore and my 'kids' seem to love the stuff.
