Okay, this could be set out better but you get the idea.

Also, the Co2 & other dispensers could be at the bottom so they could be easily accessed but the best bit is.. this is where you could remove the idea of a dispenser and just vent outside air into the vent from the bottom / you would need another pest sheet or too afterwards to prevent the obvious.

I know you guys think I'm crazy, but that wont work either. No replenisment of c02 and 02. You'll just end up with N, the most prevalent component of air.

That WILL work IF you add an oxygen dispenser.

Herbose, if the air went throught a vent which was submerged into the water (the water isnt in the vent, its on the outside of the vent).. this would still work. IMO.

umm, couldn't you just exhaust the air back into the intake but also leave the intake open to suck outside air in also? instead of all this extra shit
