I'm helping a buddy out with his grow outdoor and 2 indoor rooms. 1 with 8 1K HPS and the other with 12 1K HPS which will be changed to led when I'm done lol oh I did hang 2 of my lights in the 8K room. I'll keep you guys informed as I grow with him here's some pics

With a 12k HPS garden getting switched over to I would guess cob led, how many watts goes back into the room? For example does one replace each 1000 watter with like 750-800 watts of cob or less?

You can match the same watts and get higher yield. It's from my observation and cooler temps.

There will be 3 400w panels in the 8k room lol. I'll post a pic tomorrow lol

I'll post another video tomorrow because the plants got lollipopped and they look so much better and had too throw away 2 plants that hermied but other than that everything is getting better

May I ask how much power the solar panels are putting out and their cost? Also is it covering your COB power usage?
Do you use any T5s for vegging?

Beautiful pool area and plants.

I have been trying to use clear polycarbonate panels in the building but the sun generates tons of heat. I am dealing with an 8 ft ceiling. I think it would be better with 12 foot ceilings and in winter.
