Really, really, droopy leaves

The plant is watered about every three days with 200ml of water

The water was just tested and is 7.2 unfortunatley so I will take care of this

Could high PH be the only problem here?

Overwatered, ph fluctuation, are you feeding yet... what are tmps and humidity like?

it looks like not enough light and to much water

I agree. Also the humindity looks off. Those leaves should be flatter. Raised leaves mean it's stuggling for moisture in the air. They get raised to increase the surface area to gather more moisture.
