Really quick question

so I gave a friend of mine a texaida timewarp plant I had started growing in early march (indoor), it was 1 week old when they took over due to one my lack of time and knowledge and it was just easier this way, but in they end we have grown it outdoor during the warmer weather we have been having lately and plan to finish the grow outdoor. I wanted to know if it was still possible they could be correctly veging the plant or if it would have, 1 already gone into bud or if not 2 will it just bud naturally with the weather cycle? (western Canada)

They could still be vegging, but 3 months is a long veg, ask the dude if they are flowering yet, if not then you can put them outside
Even if they are flowering you might be able to put them out, just depends on where abouts you are
