Real Deal C99. Who's breeding it?

Don't go anyone else than female seeds c99. It's made from bro grim stock, I've never been disappointed, only continually more amazed.

Here is my current bitch, a keeper.

This is her earlier on today, 14 days veg and 37 days flower

That looks just like the FS I chopped 2 weeks ago. I'll have it all smoked before it ever cures...I can't stay out of the jar. It's delicious and a great high......everything else in the cupboard is now 2nd best. No joke. Immediately popped the last bean after sampling, and ordered more.

nice one, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

What was your smells like. This ones smell is really complicated. Standing off her she has this really remarkable smell that I can't put my finger on, it's almost savory, almost spicy, almost rotten, but not any one of them .. really is a unique smell. But when you actually touch the resin, it is strong tropic fruit and pineapple, beautiful

I was just reading earlier on Cannazon that someone....and at the moment I can't remember who....oh, Frost Bros, has a 'spicy' c-99.

Mine - and I'm not exaggerating, smelled of sweet pineapple beginning at about 30 days and reeking by finish [60 days]. But on first toke and ever since, it's as Dole Pineapple as you can imagine. Just unreal......I invited some people over immediately just to taste it, and as I've said on a couple of threads, a bright shiny buzz that I really dig. Man I hope I get that again, but I won't make the mistake again of not cloning her.

yes, it's the frost bro's who are working with c99 from bro's grimm stock, but according to dizzle frost, from the frost bros, the only thing he's grown in the past year is older, so no new beans have been out in a while, and all of his other gear has been sold out for awhile now..

Frost Bros are no more. Dizz passed all his breeding stock to Peak Seeds. So keep your eyes on them if you want Frost Bros genetics.

Moscas bx1 version of cindy is mostly straight pineapple fruit punch, very hassle free to grow and done in 50 days flowering but 1 pheno I had would give even super hardcore smokers a hit of pure paranoia never had anything like it and let it go but well worth a look

^ Knowing what I know about taste and potency, along w/ these pics, I wonder why this isn't in everyone's garden - at least one fem. And the FS bean is still one of the least expensive.

exactly.. and this is 250 light

I know its a bit dubious to call something a holy grail , but if you like sativa buzzes then this is right up there. Seems unless stuff smells like fuel and has OG before it people disregard it. This stuff though,, i mean at a basic level your getting jack herer in 8 weeks. Your getting a 11-14 week sativa high in 7-8 weeks , love it

Excited for you as well, amigo. I'm glad to see you wrote beans in the plural. My first of a 3 pack never cracked, a 2nd was pretty good, but the 3rd [ most recent ] is just outstanding - and nearly all smoked. It's a daytime smoke for sure, but I've been hitting a couple tokes behind the nighttimers just to put that taste back in my mouth....like a pineapple candy lifesaver.

ask my bud eastcoastmo, he grew it and it was a let down I believe. I've seen several other, less than good reports on it, seems to be an indica of sorts which s wrong as cindy is like 90% sativa.

Here is an update on mine at day 49.

Damn bro, that is just such a sexy plant, really wish we had scratch and sniff ha ha.
Yep as for the G13 Labs version....total.crap, low yield, low potency and full indica! Dont waste your time people.

I loved the phenotype's I found in Mosca BX.
I might try FS C99, I just prefer regulars.

idk, i ran frost bros c99, and tbh, i wasn't blown away by it like i thought i would be, no where near being a holy grail plant imvho.. everyone says how racy the buzz is, blah blah blah, but idk, it didn't even come close to living up to the hype..

C99 is a better in a X. I much preferred Killer Queen over Cindy straight. Smoked the grail cut from a friends organic grow and I wasn't a fan either RB. I love sativas and Jack Herer but C99 is not a good fitting high for me.

Thanks eastie! appreciate it man :-)

As for living up to the hype. Depends how much you expect from it. I don't find the buzz racy , I find it euphoric, hypnotic and a bit trippy, all in the head and very potent. Idk what could make it any better really for a smoke that is versatile, day or night. You get to enjoy the thc without being glued to a seat. Not that i don't like being glued down once in a while, I just prefer the head high. So i personally totally get the holy grail label. It's all subjective anyway, but it a quality sativa strain at the end of the day.
