Ready to harvest?

Southern hemisphere outdoor grower here. Germinated from random seeds in a bag. Am I ready to harvest? Trichomes milky and some amber. Any advice greatly received.

Nope don't look ready in any of the photos IMO. Has some amber trichs but cloudiness and overall resin volume aren't there yet
