I have an ak47 outside in southern Africa. It's ready to be harvested but we've had a lot of rain lately. The weather forecast says it'll be drier the next 3 days I don't know what to do.
Wait until rain is forecast and harvest the night before? Is 3 dry days long enough?

Lucky you, most of us here are still getting our holes dug. As long as there is no threat of mold or diseases, you may as well wait the few days. Otherwise, it's not a problem to harvest when it's wet. Just shake it up a few times and you'll get most of the loose water off of them. Then you'll be drying it anyway. Good luck, bruddah. Got any pictures of the lovely lady?
