I harvested my indoor/sunshine hempy grow last week and just thought I would keep it alive just to see if the popcorn buds would mature a bit more.

I'm not really re-vegging as this is a sunshine grow and daylight hours are decreasing, plus cloudy weather.

I could fire up some CFL's or even my 600 watt HPS, but I only have 6 weeks before I leave the country so I'm not sure if it would be worth the effort.

any feedback would be appreciated

cheers

Once again let me re-iterate the reason for this thread. That being for those of us that run into a strain or shall i say pheno that have a lot of things we love about it but have waited to late to take clones from her our only solution is to try and re-veg her and then get clones from that re-veg my intentions are not to get anyone to use this as a means to just keep re-vegging there girls although some have done multiple re-vegg on a single plant..

I grow perpetually from seed.. I grow a lot of land races and a lot of brick weed.. takes some digging to find a good keeper.. best way so far is to grow out a shit ton from seed and reveg once you see how the bud is..I like revegging..just getting into it, have had a couple die though from taking to much off and too much light though..thanks for the thread

So maybe I did something stupid, but there's not turning back now. I took off the top of my favorite plant and needed to repot it anyway. So decided to go the hempy bucket way and going to turn it into a mother. If it works. The original plant was very stretchy at first, it was originally planted outdoors after the solstice, so began flowering early and was in a very shaded spot. I brought it inside just to save it from the frost, didn't have the best bucket or dirt, but it managed to survive and gave me a decent size nug. I only say all this because it was only about a foot tall, with nothing, no leaves or anything on the bottom 6 inches of the plant, and the bud itself was only 3 inches. So I took it, left the rest of the leaves, cut into the stalk of it slightly and put some rooting hormone in it, and put the entire stalk down in the hempy bucket and covered it with perlite. Hoping that the entire thing roots.

Someone said a while back that they would have trouble if trying to re-veg under CFLs... Is this true?? Because I've got it under CFLs, lol. Any recommendations, suggestions, "next time don't"s?

And while revegging a flowering plant, it will not cause hormonal problems with any future cuttings from said revegged plant? Just curious if there was any definitive idea with that. My plan is to reveg a flowered plant, get new growth, take cuttings, and then cull the revegged plant. Thanks

i just threw the hacked up remnant of one of my last master kush plants into my tent as a way to give the tent more surface area of soil that water could evaporate from in hopes of raising my rh. the remnant had only a couple of fan leaves left and a small flower right at the base of the trunk. i just noticed today(it has been in the tent for maybe 2 weeks) that the flower is starting to get weird looking new leaves. i googled reveging and came up with this thread. this is interesting to me. i have never treated annuals as such. i have 2 poinsettias that are more than 10 years old. i once had an impatients plant at work that was 5 years old when i left it. i will post more if this works out for me as i did it all wrong. i hacked he shit out of the plant thinking it was just going to be thrown out anyway. i have not repotted either though i have been using the excess nute water after i am done watering my 'good' plants to keep the potential reveg candidates soil moist.
