re-do again...

I am high, to all…
I have been learning these past few months and I have learned a bit from here and from experience…

-I grow room is at 6 sq feet…and is 35 inches tall…
-I am using a fan to bring air in and take air out…
-I have the walls covered with tin foil…
-I am using 12 CFL lights…
-I have about 3500 to 4000 lumens per sq foot…
-I have 7 plants that I have started out in bag soil of 9 month feed (Nutt in it)
-have then under 24 hour lights (till 30 days old then 12/12)
-But will be transplant after 8 days into a mixture of 75% of the bag soil above and soil from outside, into a gal pot…

If I am doing anything wrong or right…please let me know also if I need to change something around so that things will work out right this time…

get rid of the foil on the walls and especially the BAG SOIL WITH NUTES!!! bag soil with time release nutes WILL KILL your plants. get an organic soil mix without nutes and add your own fertilizer when the plants are ready (4 weeks old). use a reputable fertilizer - NOT MIRACLE GROW!! so get your plants outta that shit as soon as possible. I use fox farms ocean floor, but you can find decent organic soil at the big stores.

otherwise, get rid of the foil and use mylar or white paint (which is best). I seriously urge you to get rid of that soil NOW though...

as for the foil can I just leave my walls blank...they are wood.

I will pick up new soil in the morning and change the plants over so then after...

what kind of nutt should I use...I have some stuff in the liquid stuff that us can up at the end of a garden hose it is called Expert Gardener, All Purpose Flowering Plant Food it is 10-15-10...I just don't how ti mix it...

Listen to this fellow he has the right idea. The tin foil will produce "hotspots" and burn your plants.

One other thing to note is you should be shooting for a MINIMUM of 5000 lumens per square foot, ideally 7000+. Bear in mind that midday summer will produce around 10000. a 400W HPS has an output of 55000 which should cover 6 square feet perfectly though with the height, heat may prove an issue. This could be sorted with a cool tube. Alternatively, if money is light, increase the number of CFL's.

you can paint your wood walls flat white, with some outdoor primer or something.. it's cheap.. flat white is 2nd best reflectant to mylar

Do you have a Hydro shop nearby? If not, can you order from the Internet? None of the Home Depot/Wal-Mart stuff works well for weed. Get some Fox Farms or any number of great nutrients for marijuana. Just don't give Miracle Grow as food - please!
