I've only done one round in hydro, but when I ran into your issue, I cleaned my roots off, ran some H2O2 to sterilize everything, then a couple days later after the h2o2 evaporated, I added hydroguard (beneficial bacteria) to out compete the pythium. Kept adding hydroguard with water changes and I didn't have root rot issues anymore. With dwc, you either need to sterilize your environment, or run beneficial bacteria imo.

I use subculture M in veg. Should i add subculture B? It says to use in flowering. What about rinsing or cutting off bad roots?

I run 13k watts of veganic soil. 4k watts of hydro. 3k ebb n flow which looks beautiful. 1k RDWC. But the mistake was completely idiocracy on my part.

If it were me. I would take those plants and make Hempy buckets and just drop the net pots in it and go Hempy bucket. Of course be careful transplanting and try to spread the roots and fill in the perlite medium to save as much of the healthy as possible.

I guess i should mention this is an undercurrent style recirculaing system. Not top feed

Maybe the tea. I knew what you meant. But, your mistake caused all of these bad little microbians to take over and infect your roots. They were born in an aquatic environment. Putting them in a passive hydro environment like Hempy, perhaps. I don't know for sure. Will give the healthy roots a chance to survive as the bad little things die off. I dunno tho.

So it was the heat from a pump running 24/7 that caused this?
An op that size without a chiller?
I'm with blackforest and say kill all with h2o2 and then either control temps and use an enzyme or beneficials as you have been.
Ful-power for the health of the bennies if you choose. I use flying skull z7 and control temps .

The rooms temps and water temps are not an issue. This happend because the air stone was accidently plugged into a timer ment for the pump to recirculate. So they only got aeration for 30 minutes every 2 hours :/

Ah , thanks for clarification but I've run my air pump cycled and didn't see that problem.
And you'd think with an undercurrent the water being constantly pumped would create enough oxygen but maybe not.

Thinking i will run h2o2 with just a light base nute mix for a day. Then drain and use hygrozyme, subculture m, and a light nutrient mix again. Thoughts?

To tell you the truth I dunno.
I was having pearly white roots and then added hygrozyme to my lineup and my roots then looked just like yours.
