Ratios, who is correct?

I see so many NPK ratios for the different stages of growing, and it can get confusing. I’m interested to know what ratios you personally use and why for the 4 main stages. Here are my current ratios, let me know if they need to be optimized.

Early Veg 4-8-2
Late Veg 4-4-4
Early Bloom 4-4-4
Late Bloom 2-4-8

There are loads of ratios out there.
You could grow a plant from seed to finish with any one of those ratios, well I could lol
I use Tomatorite 4 - 3 - 8 in compost.
Been using it for years.
I recently purchased but haven't tried it yet a low Nitrogen feed called Chempak 8. It's ratio is 12.5 - 25 - 25 or 1 - 2 - 2
I'll try it next time for flowering.

Hey, your NPK ratios seem to be on the right track, but here are still some suggestions for possible optimization:

Early Vegetative: A higher nitrogen level is beneficial for leaf and stem growth, so an NPK ratio like 4-2-2, or even 5-1-1 or 6-2-2, could be beneficial.

Late Vegetative: As you prepare for flowering, you could consider slightly increasing phosphorus to promote good root development and prepare for bud formation. Perhaps a 4-3-3 ratio.

Early Bloom: At this stage, the plant needs phosphorus for bud formation and potassium for overall plant health. A 2-4-4 or 2-5-5 ratio might work well.

Late Bloom: Your ratio seems right for this stage. The increased phosphorus and potassium are necessary for bud and resin production.

thanks I’ll adjust accordingly. I should mention I’m growing in coco.

3-1-4 straight thru veg and flower will work well in coco. You can use a 1-3-3 or 1-3-2 a few times thru flower may help. Or 1-3-3 alone through flower. Hell you could use maxibloom through veg and flower but 3-1-4 at least thru veg seems to work best with a lot of different cuts.

SuperThrive (formerly DynaGro) Bloom is one of the very few fertilizers available with the 2-1 P-K ratio referenced in the above research. Add some CaNO3 to bump up the nitrogen.
