in S Fl area i see alot of bluntsmokers that are black,and us whities use the bongs/pipes more so than anyone else.So its more common here to see that trend.

around here it's the young "urban" crowd that smokes blunts mostly. not just black people but all the young urban types love the blunts. i get joked with for rolling joints in certain company. i'm pretty damn white and i smoke jays and bong rips about 98% of the time. around here blunts are for people who don't know what real weed is. they are almost always stuffed with schwag. most people i know that get their hands on some primo don't want to waste it in some nasty flavored tobacco wrap.
i have an aversion to blunts anyway. never mind the weird tobacco taste, it just seems like if i'm going to smoke a blunt with 5 heads on it, and 4 people throwing in (for example) then the thing is going to be 75% full of weed i don't care for (mids). and then people act like i'm some kind of snot because i don't want to mix their schwag with my top shelf. what's the problem with rolling 2 separate blunts and smoking them back to back so we can enjoy at least some of the flavor of the herb? or i'll roll a blunt that looks a shade on the thin side compared to the cannon of doodoo weed that someone else just presented, and people will legit talk shit like i'm trying to be greedy. sure i didn't buy the stuff but if i did it would be expensive so stfu.
sometimes though someone will get a nice sack and roll a forearm blunt just to show off. i like those blunts.

I sound terribly anti social 0_0 I don't always smoke alone but we all have our own weed and we'll all be continuously rolling/smoking our own joints. If I'm at school and go for a j at break then I'll grab someone to share a joint. Thankfully no one seems to get the end wet ^^;

Word... I like to smoke alone. Sometimes, though, it would be nice to have company. has to be the right company, though, that's my standard. I'd rather smoke alone than with some dipshits who don't appreciate anything.

I think it's the whole idea of doing something to excess...taking it farther and getting higher. And I don't think it's a black thing per se. I think it's an age thing. Perpetuated by the hip hop culture which is celebrated by young blacks and many other young cultures around the world. But I also see black people seem to party harder and eat like cholesterol and diabetes don't exist. Which is a shame for the young. If there was a way to put a ham hock into a blunt it'll be a black man that figures out how to do it.

i know lots of whites who do joints, but allot of people do bowls around here to save pot. i prefer no blunts cause the paper tastes like shit. bongs for me

around here alot of people only know how to smoke out of a joint or a blunt. ive had to show many many people how to smoke out of a pipe. To me its not based off of race, just in general the type of people you smoke with. Majority of people around here are poor, and so they smoke out of blunts. not only that, but some people catch flak for smoking out of a pipe, for being all "fancy"

Exactly. Taking bong hits makes my weed last a lot longer. So much weed goes up in smoke when smoking joints

Ive noticed that as well! I prefer joints over anything but I don't like blunts. I don't care for the way it tastes.
