i have read that since section 8 and hud are federally funded,they wont allow growing,patient or not.was looking for feedback from anybody with experience with the issue.as i plan to move to r.i. and become a legal patient soon,will i have to give up my section 8 benifits for my meds

From what others have delt with ..NO section 8 will not allow you to grow and or smoke DRUGS on any property they assist with,,,,BUT what they dont know what hurt them..i have read that since section 8 and hud are federally funded,they wont allow growing,patient or not.was looking for feedback from anybody with experience with the issue.as i plan to move to r.i. and become a legal patient soon,will i have to give up my section 8 benifits for my meds

They must have to go through an eviction process I would think.If they get wind of it, they will come and check..... And IMMEDIATELY kick you out, it is a no nonsense law... Very Serious..
