Hey, I run CBT recovery groups for addicts and just wanted to say good luck. I love weed but I think, like anything, it has to be done for the right reasons in the right circumstances or it'll become a crutch that eventually keeps you down.
It can really damage a person's self esteem being unable to find work, especially if you're already suffering depression or anxiety, but try to reconnect with things you enjoy; I always tell my group to find what they're passionate about cos that's what gets us through the day in my opinion, working on something we give a shit about which in turn builds up confidence and gives us a sense of achievement which really can make a huge difference to our quality of life. Also maybe look into mindfulness exercises as they're a really good way of staying in the moment and being positive. Remember depression is a medical condition like any other so there is no shame in seeking professional help and cognitive behavioural therapy works wonders for a lot of people.
I really hope it all comes together for you, good luck :peace:

I remember that I used to constantly smoke weed. OG Kush was my fave. Any strain was necessary all day every day. Now I can't even really stand the stuff. Total opposite of how I used to be.
Good luck man.
