I germed my seeds in paper towel till taproot emerged and placed in soil now i have it in my veg cab which is a 45 gal rubbermaid with 6 x 23 watt daylight cls the temp says between 78/84 degrees going on day three is this okay thanks in advance

Yeah that sounds like it will work. Give them 7-10 days to come up. Run your lights 24/7 about 6 in from top of soil.
