Quick way to bring ph up?

What can I use around my house to bring the ph up? I have some real ph up on the way but it wont be here for a week and my baby is thirsty.

Baking Soda for UP, about 1/8 teaspoon per gallon of water.
Epsom salts for magnesium to facilitate peak nutrient uptake and lower it slightly, add ¼ tsp. Per gallon of water.
DO NOT ADJUST IT MORE THAN 1.0 PER HALF DAY IN HYDRO!
and FAST Up or DOWN is not good.
