sweet... so i got back and my plants are fine... a few of the older leaves got a little yellow but the plant itself is fine... I also transplanted it in to a sterlite box that has 69liters of soil volume... the plants are growing well... but i have two questions...

#1 do old leaves die to leave room for the budding branches sprouting out of the side of the stem?
#2 How long will it take for the plant to mature... its in the vegetative state right now...

THanks again guys,
Best,
P

no, leaves do not die to make room for buds.

u have to make the plant go into flower. so u probably have ur light on 18/20/24 hours a day. switch to a flowering light (red spectrum 2700k or close to) and put them on for 12 hours a day and 12 off.

1.) no sir, leaves don't do that.
2.) maturity is reached when you see staggered internodes. you can put them into flower w/o being fully mature. in fact, if you have height restrictions, you'll want to flower them before mature. i usually go to flower when the plants are around 12".
