I have a outdoor plant from bag seed in a 18 gallon container. I went to wather this morning, and before I add the water I always check the soil to see how dry it is. Well, I was adding the water and noticed that the places I would put the water I noticed little whit bugs running around. i looked under the leafs and didnt notice anything. I would have taken some pics but my camera isnt very good quality and I don't think it ould have picked them up they are so small. But, anyway I was just wondering if anyone else may know what they are or what I could do to kill them, or if I even need to. I thought about neem but they are in the soil. Can you spray neem in soil?
