quick question

I have found an excellent spot for my ladies i believe. im doing something small, lots of sun, good water, etc.. anyways the ground is a bit wet as in slightly mossey like. Im wondering if this is still ok to use and turn into a garden? thanks.

if it stays continuously wet prolly not man roots need to be dry some times or they will get root rot.
