Quick question on strip build

I'm adhering my EB gen 3 strips to aluminium with thermal tape, this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F37SQG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Is this strong enough, meaning sticky enough, to hold the strips in place without any other fastener? Not sure if I need to add a couple of screws to it, but did not want to short the strip by doing that.
i have used tape like this with good success, the light has been running for nearly a year and no drooping strips yet.
i did however wipe the heatsinks and the back of the strip with 99% alcohol before sticking them down, so maybe preperation is key when using just tape.

Turn it on for half an hour b4 application , this will heat up the strip making it easier to work with , heat expansion is most common reason for sticky tape fail
I love to learn new stuff, excellent!
But on the other hand if you're running blux eb so hard to get them hot enough for heat expansion to be a worry then youre probably with the wrong approach; for hard running strips you want something in alu/copper and no plastic/FR4.
