Quick question on amount of CFLs/watts

Alright, so I'm going to be growing about 4 plants in my closet that's around 3-4x3-4 and 8 feet tall. I'm just wondering how many watts I'll need per bulb and how many of them I should use for each plant.

Also, I think I'm going to be using my fish tank for vegetation, it seems like the perfect space to do the first part of my growing :) It's like 3 feet wide and about a foot in length and 2 feet tall. What do you think? or should I just do all the growing in my closet.

-point of this post is; how much watts and cfl bulbs do I need per plant for the vegetation AND flowering stages? I have an idea but I just want a more direct answer.

well, depends on a lot of factors, for example how much are you hoping to yield? you can veg & flower four plants with total 8 x 23-watt bulbs, but it would be a pretty small yield. you can double that and get a better yield but you'll need some ventilation. are you going to set up a box in the closet, or just use the closet itself?

An ounce per plant would be more than great! I'm going to be using the whole closet and I might plan on using some HPS bulbs for flowering.
