Quick question about an MMPR patient

OK, so we agree that HC doesn't want to lose the court case.
To not lose, the LPs have to be supplying patients with mmj. HC will probably argue that there is sufficient supply...PPS has lots to sell. Conroy would counter with the fact that PPS doesn't have the strain selection etc...Most LPs cannot pass the testing right now, huge problem for HC.
Price is secondary....growing your own is obviously the least expensive option.
HC wants the LPs to succeed. HC needs the LPs to succeed or they lose the court case.
The MMAR "stay" saved HC's ass...

I hope that detailed examples of lack of availability are reaching Conroy...
Leaf don't you think they'll just lower the testing standards? It's not like HC isn't know for making it up on the fly? I hope Conroy is getting them as well. Maybe someone should try and make contact with Wilcox of the coalition...hell maybe I'll try to...

I don't think they want to lower the resting standards...political nightmare after all their safety and quality bs talk. ( added...but they might have to )
After watching that Conroy video it appears they are aware of the issues.

Honestly guys...anyone who doesn't smoke or does not enjoy MJ is NOT going to do shit to help us along. Non MJ folks hate weed and guess how many of them we still have on this planet. And yes I bet even HC has some working there.
We are a long way from the edge of the forest.
But of course the alcohol drinking SOB don't see our point. Fuckin drunks

Can you imagine saying one intoxicant is fine ( BOOZE ) while a less harmful one will get you jailed....this makes me the most angry of all.
Why do we stand for this???

Legality has never affected my intake. When it was recreational I cared about being made an example of. Now i need it and don't care one single fuck about if Harper, health canada, police or whoever wants me to stop.

See, people dont like the idea of doctors being the "gate keepers" but the fact is at the end of the day doctors seem to be more powerful then politicians. So legal or not, if your doctor says or signs a paper saying you need it, then you need it and nobody can say fuck all about it.

And they have so I don't fear arrest for possession. Growing is a diffrent story but only because I'm not willing to risk jail due to mandatory minimums. Can't wait for February. No one in winnipeg says that ever. But next year is diffrent.

HC is blocking access to medical marijuana more than ever....almost impossible for an MMPR patient to find an LP today due to the fact that they dont want patients to medicate with mmj anymore...it is all an illusion which is fading, at the moment.

What happens if one were to nabbed with 5 plants,is that up to the cops discretion? I know a few patients who do this.

Well it's totally the cops discression on charging you. Being charged doesn't mean your guilty of an offence just the officer believes you have committed an offence. The crown is who will decide if you go to trial, have your charges dropped or come to some plea deal.

Sorry I thought you were asking for yourself. Too many fuckin super cops these days and courts are dick heads too. They don't even know what the MMPR is ffs. The crowns that "know" are adjourning the case until february and the crowns that don't are trying to prosecute legal patients. ClassA fucking goofs running this country.
