quick lighting question

I have a 400w light i'm planning on using to grow in a 4ftx2ftx8ft closet...what would be the best type of reflector to cover a rectangle area vs a square reflection like most of the hoods do?

I'll be lining the walls with reflectix

So i'm hoping this will help covering the rectangle area.

Also is that going to be enough/too much light for that area? I'll have a good fan like 300ish cfm to vent so heat shouldn't be a problem?

thanks

Yeah that 400 should be good in there. Especially aircooled. In my opinion, i would get a cooltube reflector. It's long and skinny and will do the job. Google it, look at some pics, and you'll see what I mean.

if it was me I would set ups some CFL's for veg stage to save $$ and better light spectrum but if you cbf changing then what you have will be good.
