Question?

Found these on target.com and was wondering if these would work on my closet grow.
Only have 2 plants and these are 26w CFL's - 1625 Lumens - 6500K.

Was going to use 6 lights total. 3 8.5" clamp reflectors with 3 y-adapters.

damn, thats a really nice deal when you toss in the free shipping part. The next cheapest ive ever found was $26 for the 6 bulbs and $10 shipping. Thank you for posting that link.

question...how much hotter would these bulbs run compared to the 26 watt bulbs listed by the OP....And also any idea what the lumens are on these ?

Gererally it is around 65 Lumens per Watt. So around 2900 Lumens. As far as they heat of the bulbs, I do not know.

i run 125w cfl's, 8,950 lumens $65 (sunblasters) .. they do not pose much of a problem for heat.. keep air circulating.. so long as your climate is not too warm you should be fine..

This is exactly right and Karma rep back to you.

Heat isn't much if an issue, just keep a fan on them, they should be close enough to the plant that you can use the same fan for the lights and plant. You should always try to have an exhaust fan in your grow area anyhow. My next grow will have 4 42w and 6 40w CFL's in late flower, thats a total of about 28,000 lumens. This will be in a 20"x20" space .
