question on PPM! needs some advice!

my plants are 2 weeks into flowering are looking green, strong, and healthy. my question is about ppm. right now im using half strength nutes and my ppm is 1000 going in to the plants. keep in mind that 400 of those ppm is water alone. the water is really bad where i live and with a filter its at 400....its 700ppm out of the tap! after i water i check the ppm of the runoff water and its at 1500ppm. my question is..is that too high? should i do a flush? i recently have found a way to get reverse osmosis water so the water problem is now fixed. thanks for the input!

1000ppm isn't near as hot as some people will run things entering the stretch.
