Question on broken branches

So…I have an issue!! I topped my plant to create a manifold and after I topped the 2nd time I began tying the branches down. I completely snapped one of the main branches, beyond repair, just below the 3rd node. The 1st node branches seem to be ok so far. The other side of the manifold is fine. Will the plant survive without repairing that branch?

I seem to face different challenges with each grow!!

Tape it if you can. But either way, the plant should survive just fine. Have any pics of the plant and the break?

I've seen plenty of people posting about their plant fully recovering after snapping the main stalk, so a single branch breaking off shouldn't hurt the plant significantly.

In my experience if the branch is still at least 30% attached, you "might" be able to tape it in place and save it. I crack main branches all the time doing LST after topping and trying to spread the branches out, I often split the main stem & so far every time it just creates callous in the damaged area then it's all good.
