Question For expert about tri's

Background Info:

1. I have two plants both have been flowering 7 weeks.
2. One is about 2 times as tall as the other.
3. Both can from bagweed.
4. THe shorter on is covered in tri's and they are cloudy
5. The taller one have less developed buds and what very little tri's it has do not look like mushrooms, they look more like clear hairs. It also has never had an weed smell to it.

My question is. Is this because the taller plant is mostly saltiva and will need to flower 11 weeks?

As the majority of trichomes become cloudy or opaque the plant is ready for harvest.

Sativas generally take longer to finish flowering than indicas.

Sounds like your indica is ready to harvest (or damn close) and your sativa has a few more weeks to go. But i'm no expert.
