question bout the oregon clubs...

hey y'all ! ! ....so I recently moved to central oregon from northern california (where i was prescribed mmj)..

I got an approved dr. recommendation for Oregon Medical Marijuana, and submitted my application to the state. The state received my application - and promptly cashed in the payment . . . but that was over 6 weeks ago, and i am still waiting on my card. . .

now the time has come - - I am scraping the bottom of my jars - but not planing a trip back down to cali to fill them anytime soon enough . . .

I was wondering if there is a way for a club to look up - and verify registration without the card in hand?

I wrote a little ditty to Bends Best Buds on their website, I work a lot - and to get down to bend to check it out, I kinda want to make sure i'd have a chance of coming home to relax a bit - jah know?!

you don't need the card if you have the paperwork with certified mail return receipt but not sure if the clubs will do that.

cops stopped by my place the other day (long story) and i only had my completed paperwork, i hadn't sent anything to the state yet. i was OK.

on the bright side, the card is good from the day they issue it, not the day they cash the check. so you get a little more bang for your buck.

you have to have sent your paper work off to the state b4 you are recognized as a OMMP patient. after that you are good to go to the clubs and get what u need.

You guys are great ! ! I appreciate the pointers Youve given along the way. ....I ended up going in to a clinic in bend, and the guy who was workin told me the same thing! ((wish I would have asked sooner!! Yeeesh!))
So...Going into that one...they were set up on the "donation system" (and $10.00 got you a gram 'gift' of your choice ((damn!))
...but I'm wondering if that's even legit? .... Orrr...

Does anyone know of somewhere to get good medication in the bend area?
