Question about yield

I am very new to this, and I'm just researching strands. I'm looking for very high yield but I'm a bit confused with the yield claims by some websites/companies. SensiSeed claims this Big Bud will yield up to 150g and I've heard that Big Bud is a very high yielding strand. However, this AK47 claims to yield 350-500g. Is one measurement per plant and on for a group of 10 seeds or something? 350-500 seems like A LOT for one plant. Can someone shed some light please?

Just a quick bump. Does anyone have an answer? I'm trying to buy some seeds very soon.

the site which states big bud yields 150g that is an estimation of per plant, whereas the site which claims 350-500g that is referring to every meter squared of sea of green. A rule of thumb i always use is generally estimate about 2-3 ounces per plant if grown decent. that was what my first yield was.
