Dude, thats completely inaccurate. Magic mushrooms have 2 primary chemicals(drugs) in them that cause the effects which you perceive. Psilocybin, and psilocyn. The psilocyn is mostly present when the mushrooms are still fresh along with the psilocybin, where as when they are dried its mostly psilocybin. The food poisoning thing is an old wives tale.

I rarely drink alcohol, and my diet is primarily vegetation.

That's funny though. Because my old friend who "LOVES THEM!", his own words, stated repeatedly. Uhm... his diet consists mainly of chocolate milk and (cheap frozen) pizzas, and he also smokes amphetamine quite often.

Go figure. Nope, never tried it pure. Just dried mushroom caps, by themselves. Nausea(intense) is a quite well-known side effect of shrooms. Some (like me) get it worse than others.

I haven't tripped in many years. I don't really have any desire to anymore, though I might take some LSD if I happened upon some quality blotter. Then find a nice quiet place to enjoy it. I usually have out of body experiences on it. Nothing like that on shrooms... I wouldn't even call it a trip, I was just extremely warm, and very sick, and very much in my body. The lingering headache from it was also quite unpleasant. I felt poisoned.

"I'm gonna fucking make you pay," said the shrooms, if anything.

Marijuana has given me more pronounced effects than shrooms, and never vomiting. I only know a couple people IRL who have my 'distaste' for shrooms. My brothers love them.

No, food poisoning is far different then eating mushrooms. Have you ever had food poisoning, you'd know the difference. If calling it food poisoning makes you feel better about doing drugs, then call it what you want. Alcohol is technically a poison to our bodies as well, but you don't say that you have food poisoning when you get drunk, do you?

I don't plan on doing them every month, or even every week. I just wanted to them a couple more times over the rest of the summer, and now I know I'm good. Thanks everyone

shrooms are the closest thing to god i've ever found.... :shock:
