Question about seeds

well I started growing about 2 months ago but nothing came up so I poked through the soil and checked my seeds and they hadnt changed at all. I think this may have been because it was my first time growing and I think I over watered them and the light cycle was really inconsistant.

Now I know more about growing from looking up on it more online, would I be ok to start growing again using the same seeds?

Also is there a problem with my light? It's a standard small flourescent tube light. I don't know about watts or anything.

It's good soil, stuff from garden centre mixed with some stuff from my garden.

Are the seeds ok to use again tho?

Did you mean to say 2 weeks instead of 2 months? I would have probably wondered what was going on after about 1 week. If the seeds are totally intact, then maybe you make sure they are dry and store them away for later. Then use a new set of seeds using a different germination process.

If you purchased them online, then send them an email along with pics and ask for new seeds. How many were you trying to grow? Make it probably double of what you want, since the ratio is usually (but not always) 50/50 of getting a female. Good luck.

seeds might be duds..buy some reg. weed or what ever u get seeds with.
germinate your seeds by putting them in 2 damp(not soaking) paper towels, then fold the paper towels and put them in a ziplock bag for 3 or 4 days or however long it takes so the roots come out of the seed. then plant the root and you will have guarunteed plants. sorry for the mispelling
