Question about seedlings (fact or myth?)

I thought I remember reading somewhere... that kind of annoying your seedlings flicking em softly and kinda bendin em around a lil bit really gently is actually good for them and will make them stronger. Kind of like if you are rough with a puppy it will grow up to be a badass.

Is this true?

To an extent, yes. It is better to just put an oscillating fan on them though. Kind of like when you play to rough with that puppy and he whines and goes and hides. The plant won't whine, it will just croak.:eyesmoke:

As stated fans simplify things .. I use to have to shake tables of seedling flats working in a Commercial Greenhouses as a student . At first the chore seemed easy but after a few hours it was overwhelming.
