Question about nutes and PH levels.

I'm on my first totally organic grow. Plants are in Foxfarm Ocean Forest and I plan to use Blue Mountian Organic (BMO) nutes. This is my first grow after about 5 years. I grew about 4 harvests before but always in Sta-Green or Miracle-Gro pre-nuted soil. I never even really used nutes before.

BMO says to add nutes to "PH adjusted chlorine free water". I use RO water so it's already adjusted to neutral. Do I still need to adjust the PH after I add the nutes? I assume adding nutes will throw off the PH of the RO water. Or is the PH only a concern BEFORE adding the nutes?

You should still check the pH after adding the fertilizers. It may or may not need to be adjusted. The pH of the soil is ultimately the only pH that matters. The pH of liquids you give the plant should be monitored because they will affect the soil pH. Once you know the pH of a given fertilizer mix, you don't really need to test it again, as long as it's mixed exactly the same way.
