Hey guys,
I just got hooked up with a waterfarm-type bucket, a drip irrigation bucket for a single plant. Now, i just set everything up, and i dont get how its supposed to work. once i have a seedling goin on in some rockwool, and its ready to be put into the bucket, i drop the rockwool cube into the center of the irrigation ring under some hydroton, and turn the pump on. But my question is this -
How does the center of the bucket, where my plant is gonna be, get wet? the irrigation ring only waters the outside of the ring. How does water get to the center of it? n if somethin aint right, and i need to just say fuck it n change the setup around a little bit, is there a way i can turn the single bucket into a flood n drain system, to get water to my plant easier??
I dont wanna do that if i dont have to, i just want the bucket to work, n not waste a good Twilight seed. So if anybody can help me out here, n lemme know how it works, i would be extremely grateful. Im totally new to hydroponics, so forgive me if i sound like a simpleton.
thanks everyone
