question about my plant

so ive been growing for about a month and a half, have transplanted into their final pots and 2 of them have not grown at all. they have been in the larger pots for about a 3 weeks now and were in solo cups before. 2 others took off and are nearly a foot tall, but these are barely 2 inches. is there something i can do to get them to grow or are they a lost cause?

sounds like weak genetics. don't worry about it too much. they just made it easier for you to pick a mother.

Is your dirt hard and pacted down so the roots can't get much oxegen?
Are you feeding and watering regularly? Proper nutes? Right Lights? Lights Close enough?
What about temp in room? Humidity? Try a mister spray bottle with a very small amount of nutes in the water.
