Question about making the deems.

So, this will be my first extraction attempt. I got everything ready to go. Gonna use the STB method. (Thanks ANC).
I have a 1L volum. flask I'll be using.
Question is, does it need to have a glass stopper? It has a plastic or polypropylene stopper. Will this negatively effect my product or yield?
If this won't work, what glass vessel ahould I use?

It depends on what kind of plastic it is. Polypropylene is very resistant to chemicals, but most plastics aren't. Especially to nonpolar solvents that you use to dissolve freebases. Put a drop of the solvent you plan on using on the stopper and see what happens.

So, this is what I came up with. Should I remove the yellowish globs or do another warm wash and freeze precip?
